Donating to Eye on Shoalhaven helps fund critical GIPA (Government Information Public Access) applications — the legal pathway to uncover council documents the public has a right to see.

But requesting council documents through GIPA (Government Information Public Access) laws isn’t free. Each application can cost between $30 and hundreds of dollars. One underway at present is over $550 and I will be taken this to NCAT (another over $100 lodgment fee).
